The management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree has declared that all hands are now on deck for the presentation of 10 courses for accreditation exercise which holds between Monday 6th and Wednesday 8th January, 2020 in the Institution.
A release by the Registrar of the Institution, Mr. Busari Salawu indicated that Seven different courses are due for re-accreditation; National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Office Technology and Management, ND and HND in Mass Communication, ND in Computer Science, ND in Electrical Engineering, HND in Marketing and HND in Science Laboratory Technology (Microbiology Option), while ND Welding and Fabrication and Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering are presented for accreditation.
Also presented for verification exercise are ND Mechanical, ND Building Technology and HND Civil Engineering.
The Registrar stated in the release that authorities of the Institution had provided and equipped all laboratories, studios and workshops of the polytechnic with the state of the arts equipment needed for the success of the accreditation exercise.
Mr Salawu declared that the Acting Rector of the Polytechnic, Dr. Woye Olaniran is confident that the institution would succeed in the exercise considering the quality of facilities and manpower available in the institution.
