The Director-General of the National Broadcasting Commission, Modibbo Kawu, Pinnacle Communications Limited; its founder, Lucky Omonuwa; and its Managing Director, Dipo Onifade, have been charged to court by the Federal government over an alleged N2.5 billion fraud.
